Job summary

Coca Cola Peninsula Beverages is seeking a Learning & Development Partner on a fixed term contract to collaborate with HR, managers and external providers. You will organize learning activities, maintain training records and monitor programme effectiveness while ensuring monthly financial information for your area is gathered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF6), preferably in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant HR experience and a good understanding of the role of Learning & Development in relation to the business.
• Experience with SETA administration and coordination preferred.
• A basic understanding of financial processes.
• Working Knowledge of SETA processes.
• Valid Drivers License.

Job Description

In this role you work closely with HR, Managers, external training providers, and employees to identify training needs, organise learning activities, maintain training records, and monitor the effectiveness of development programmes. The role contributes to building a culture of continous learning and employee growth, You are also accountable for gathering and capturing monthly financial information for your area of responsibility.
