Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and SPC.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Rustenburg, North West.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and waste.
• Develop and implement Lean/Six Sigma optimization strategies.
• Design and test new manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
• Use data analysis and SPC to monitor performance.
• Create process documentation including SOPs and flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams.
• Lead process improvement projects targeting cost reduction.
• Train personnel on new processes and equipment.
• Evaluate new equipment and technologies.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental regulations adherence.
