Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in industrial engineering focusing on process improvement.
• Experience in mining or heavy industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mining and processing operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct detailed studies on production workflows, material handling, and equipment utilization.
• Design and recommend changes to operational layouts and processes to enhance productivity and safety.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Utilize data analysis tools to monitor operational performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with site management and operational staff to implement best practices and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop business cases for process improvement projects, including cost-benefit analysis.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of implemented improvements.
• Provide training and support to operational teams on new processes and methodologies.
