- Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze production processes and identify root causes of issues.
- Develop SOPs and work instructions for process consistency.
- Conduct capability studies and SPC measures.
- Train production staff on improvement techniques.
- Monitor KPIs and report effectiveness of changes.
