Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering with a focus on improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma experience or Green Belt certification desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in statistical software and data analysis.
• Collaborative, cross-departmental communication skills.
• Familiarity with chemical plant operations and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple improvement projects.

Responsibilities
