Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in process engineering or continuous improvement in a chemical setting.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma; certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards in chemical manufacturing.

Mansioni

• Analyze existing processes to identify efficiency, cost, and quality gains.
• Lead and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Design and optimize workflows, equipment use, and material flow.
• Collect and interpret production data to monitor performance.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
