Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering focusing on process improvement in manufacturing.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab) and process simulation software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current manufacturing and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement new process layouts, workflows, and material handling systems.
• Utilize lean manufacturing tools and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and flowcharts.
• Collect and analyze production data to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with production teams, quality assurance, and management to implement and sustain process improvements.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workforce productivity.
• Support the introduction of new products or technologies into the production environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all process changes.
• Train personnel on new processes and best practices.
