Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in industrial engineering with emphasis on performance improvement.
• Demonstrated Lean and Six Sigma knowledge; Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Strong data analysis, mapping, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause analysis to address gaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and change management.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of improvements.
• Train and mentor production staff on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to integrate improvements.
• Document improved processes and SOPs.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure improvements adhere to safety and quality standards.
