Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Demonstrated proficiency in lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and process simulation software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design and optimize workflows, layouts, and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain process changes.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to evaluate process performance and predict outcomes.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
