Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, cost and quality.
• Develop and implement Lean/Six Sigma based optimization strategies.
• Design and improve factory layouts, workflows and material handling.
• Conduct time and motion studies to set standard work times.
• Create and update SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Support new equipment and technology deployments in production.
• Mentor junior engineers and operators on best practices.
• Monitor KPIs for production efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
