Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with process optimization tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing and industrial processes to boost efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Apply lean methods such as value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and Six Sigma projects.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and quality teams for reliable operations.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to improve performance and safety.
