Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
