About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing and industrial processes to enhance efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques, such as value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and Six Sigma projects.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure seamless process integration and operational reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial or process engineering, preferably in a heavy industry or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with process optimization tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and simulation software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and recommendations.
