Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in industrial engineering with a strong lean focus.
• Experience implementing lean tools and methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Poka‑Yoke).
• Experience with process analysis, improvement, and standardization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and basic CAD.
• Experience in the mining or heavy industry sector is a significant advantage.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing manufacturing and service processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing tools and techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement plans to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Standardize work procedures and create documentation for best practices.
• Monitor process performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor staff on lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations in all implemented processes.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional improvement projects.
