Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years in industrial/plant engineering.
• Experience with lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Experience with process mapping and simulation software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Mining/heavy industry experience desirable.
• Familiarity with industrial safety protocols.
• Willingness to base in or commute to Rustenburg, North West.

Responsabilidades
