• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and hiring managers to define technical role requirements, sourcing strategies, and assessment criteria.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including niche job boards, developer communities, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Conduct technical screenings and competency-based interviews to assess candidates' technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with technical talent pools and industry influencers.
• Mentor and guide junior technical recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to anticipate future talent needs.
