Placements24's upscale Sandton restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will manage staff, uphold service standards, and ensure health and safety compliance in a high-volume setting.

With strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience with POS systems and inventory, you will train staff, handle guest inquiries, and collaborate with management to optimize service and guest

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide restaurant staff, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure adherence to quality and service standards across all F&B operations.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
