Our client, a leading Recruitment Consultancy renowned for its expertise in the Mining and Resources sector, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their fully remote team. Operating from Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA , this role requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex recruitment mandates within a highly specialized industry. You will be instrumental in identifying and securing top-tier talent, from geologists and mining engineers to metallurgists and operational leaders, for prominent mining companies. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for specialized roles within the Mining and Resources sector.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled professionals, including engineers, geologists, metallurgists, and operational managers.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including technical competency evaluations and cultural fit analysis.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients in the mining and resources industry.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights on talent market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Ensure a superior candidate experience, fostering positive engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
• Utilize advanced recruitment tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Stay informed about industry developments, safety regulations, and technological advancements in the mining sector.
• Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant specialization in the Mining and Resources sector.
• Proven success in recruiting for niche and senior-level roles within mining operations, exploration, processing, and related fields.
• Deep understanding of the mining lifecycle, common technical roles, and industry-specific challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
