This senior role is responsible for managing and executing high-level search assignments for C-suite and senior management positions across various industries. The Lead Recruitment Consultant will play a crucial part in driving the firm's growth, mentoring a team of consultants, and upholding the highest standards of professional practice. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex executive search assignments from inception to completion.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Provide expert market intelligence and strategic advice to clients on talent acquisition and leadership challenges.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new client opportunities and expanding service offerings.
• Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and candidate experience throughout the search process.
• Represent the firm professionally in industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
• Maintain rigorous standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct in all aspects of the role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, preferably within a reputable search firm.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives (C-suite, VP, Director level) across diverse sectors.
• Exceptional understanding of executive assessment methodologies and candidate evaluation techniques.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to comprehend complex organizational structures and business strategies.
• Outstanding networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruitment professionals.
• Proficiency in using advanced search tools and CRM systems.
• A Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
