Requirements

• Exceptional market knowledge and understanding of organizational structures and leadership dynamics.
• Proven ability to conduct sophisticated candidate research and build strong professional networks.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating effective time management and collaboration.
