Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions for new and existing clients globally.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for implementation projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams, product managers, and sales representatives to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
• Oversee user training and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of the SaaS solution.
• Conduct project closure activities, including post-implementation reviews and client satisfaction assessments.
• Champion best practices in SaaS implementation and contribute to the continuous improvement of our methodologies.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on SaaS implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects in a remote environment.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, implementation lifecycles, and common integration challenges.
• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana) and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or PMP/Agile certifications are a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with agile methodologies is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
