Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in architectural practice, with 10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure projects (transport hubs, water, power, public buildings).
• Professional Architect (PrArch) qualification or equivalent international recognition.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multi-disciplinary design teams and complex stakeholder networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic architectural leadership and technical direction for major infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the architectural design process from concept through detailed construction documentation.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering design teams.
• Ensure high standards of design quality, innovation, and technical execution.
• Collaborate with clients, government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage design budgets, schedules, and project risks; review key design decisions.
