Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in nanny or early childhood roles.
• At least 2 years in lead/supervisory capacity.
• Mandatory certifications in ECD, childcare, and first aid/CPR.
• Experience with curriculum planning for toddlers/preschoolers.
• Background check and references required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs.
• Manage daily routines: meals, hygiene, naps, play.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing indoors and outdoors.
• Plan and supervise educational outings.
• Communicate progress to parents regarding children's progress.
• Administer basic first aid and handle minor medical issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Foster curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with parents on behavioral goals.
• Supervise and guide any additional household staff.
