Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development for toddlers/preschoolers.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and cognitive development.
• Manage daily routines including meals, hygiene, napping, and playtime.
• Ensure safety and well-being indoors and outdoors.
• Plan and supervise educational outings and activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents on progress and concerns.
• Administer basic first aid and minor medical issues.
