Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, providing guidance on design strategies and project management.

• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create impactful learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into accessible and measurable learning objectives.
• Develop assessment strategies, including quizzes, tests, and performance-based activities, to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Manage multiple e-learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of e-learning courses and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements
