• 7+ years in industrial maintenance engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in managing complex maintenance operations in heavy industry or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and control systems.
• Proficient in CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs for all industrial plant machinery and equipment.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement timely and effective repair solutions.
• Manage the procurement and inventory of spare parts, ensuring critical components are readily available.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and environmental standards in the Rustenburg facility.
