Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial/manufacturing environments.
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
- Proven ability to lead maintenance teams and manage complex repair projects.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning software and CMMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all mechanical assets.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex mechanical failures, ensuring rapid and effective resolution.
- Oversee the repair, overhaul, and installation of mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of parts and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in maintenance operations.
