Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on process automation and system integration.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial control systems.
• Proficiency with simulation software (Arena, ExtendSim) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated industrial processes and systems.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• Select and integrate automation technologies including robotics, PLCs, and control systems.
• Develop process models, simulations, and control strategies for optimal performance.
• Manage automation projects from conception through implementation within budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT for seamless system integration.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated processes and equipment.
• Stay current with advancements in automation technology and best practices.
• Evaluate performance of systems and drive continuous improvement.
