Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in related engineering field.
- 7+ years in industrial engineering with 3+ years in leadership focused on automation.
- Proven robotics, PLC, SCADA and HMI experience.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge and automation application.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in simulation (FlexSim, MATLAB) and CAD.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of automated manufacturing systems.
- Oversee integration of robotics, PLCs, SCADA, and automation into lines.
- Develop technical specs, project plans, and budgets for automation projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of industrial engineers, automation specialists, and technicians.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analyses for automation investments.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop testing, commissioning, and validation procedures for new systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Stay current with advancements in automation technology and Industry 4.0.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations.
