The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting, at least 7 years in credit analysis or risk management with 2 in a supervisory role, and strong Excel and credit software proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 7 years in credit analysis, lending or risk management, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, cash flow projections and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of credit analysts, overseeing daily operations.
Conduct thorough credit analysis of complex commercial loan applications.
Develop and recommend credit structures, terms, and covenants.
Monitor loan portfolios for risk and compliance.
Prepare credit memorandums and present recommendations to the credit committee.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements affecting credit risk.
