The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of credit analysis experience, strong financial statement analysis, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with loan documentation.

You will prepare credit reports, monitor portfolios, and ensure compliance with credit policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience as a Credit Analyst, preferably in commercial banking.
• Solid understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, and credit risk assessment.
• Familiarity with commercial loan documentation and legal aspects of credit.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, business plans, and credit histories of commercial loan applicants.
• Assess and quantify credit risk associated with new and existing commercial loans.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for loan approval or denial.
• Monitor assigned loan portfolio, identifying deteriorating credits and recommending appropriate actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relationship managers and clients regarding credit matters.
