Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Lead Automotive Service Advisor in Vereeniging, Gauteng, to lead the service reception team and ensure a smooth check-in to pick-up experience for customers. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing role.
• Leadership or senior advisory capacity preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes.
• Exceptional customer service, communication and active listening.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Accurately document customer requests and vehicle conditions.
• Inspect vehicles with customers and explain recommended services.
• Explain services, repairs and costs clearly.
• Communicate with technicians to relay repair requirements.
• Manage customer appointments and scheduling.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
