Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with Business and IT teams to tailor Salesforce solutions.
• Lead live demos, prototypes, and ROI analyses to support sales cycles.
• Guide customers through end-to-end lifecycle and drive platform adoption post-sale.
• Create strategic roadmaps and IT roadmaps for digital transformation in large enterprises.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel for client meetings as needed.
