Salesforce, Inc. in Johannesburg is seeking a dynamic Lead Solution Engineer to collaborate with Financial Services clients, translating business needs into Salesforce-based solutions and presenting roadmaps and ROI-focused pitches to C-level executives.

You will drive discovery, pre-sales demonstrations, end-to-end lifecycle adoption, and strategic roadmaps, showcasing Generative AI and Autonomous Agents within CRM and cloud platforms to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required with strong IT/consulting background.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, technology consulting or enterprise software sales.
• FSI domain mastery in Banking, Insurance, Fintech, NBFCs, or Asset Management.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into customer journey maps and demos.
• Strong business acumen and ROI justification for enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Autonomous Agents in enterprise contexts.
• Cloud and CRM platforms, with focus on Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Solution Discovery & Design: partner with Business and IT teams to craft Salesforce solutions aligned with objectives.
• Pre-Sales Engagement & Solution Selling: demonstrate capabilities via live demos, ROI analyses, and RFx responses.
• End-to-End Lifecycle & Solution Adoption: drive platform adoption and post-sale execution.
• Strategic Roadmaps & Thought Leadership: build IT roadmaps guiding large enterprises to digital transformation.
• Business & Technical Consulting: lead cross-functional teams and travel for client workshops.
