Job summary

Pedros Chicken in Krugersdorp is seeking a Store Manager to lead a brand-new restaurant and take-away opening. You will oversee daily operations, implement quality SOPs, manage stock, and drive customer service while building a strong store culture from day one.

The role requires experience in fast-food service, strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff to meet sales and GP targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant and fast-food service preferred.
• GAAP knowledge - advantageous (if applicable).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/ take-away.
• Ensuring quality standards of food and SOPs are maintained.
• Overseeing stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handling customer complaints and maintaining service levels.
• Maximising profitability and meeting sales and GP% targets; motivate staff.
• Managing staff, discipline and rosters.
