Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/ take-away.
• Ensure quality standards and SOPs are maintained.
• Oversee and manage stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels.
• Maximise profitability and meet sales targets with motivated staff.
• Manage staff, including discipline and rosters.
• Work within a team and drive the business forward.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are conducted.
• Marketing activities to promote promotions and incentives at the store.
• Customer service relations management and timely complaint handling.
• People management – training and regular staff meetings.
• Recruitment and selection to increase productivity and profitability.
• Performance evaluation of staff.
