Qualifications

• Minimum +1 year restaurant/fast-food management experience.
• GAAP/Micros experience advantageous.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and drive profitability.
• Ability to manage stock and orders.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Ensuring quality standards and SOPs are maintained.
• Overseeing stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handling customer complaints and maintaining service levels.
• Maximising profitability and meeting sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff.
• Managing staff including discipline and work rosters.
• Working as part of a team to drive the restaurant/take-away forward.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
