You will oversee the restaurant/take-away operation, maintain quality standards, manage stock and purchasing, and drive profitability while leading staff rosters and training.

GAAP knowledge is advantageous and a minimum of 3 years in restaurant or fast-food service is required to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
