Pedros Chicken is opening a brand-new Belgravia store in Cape Town, inviting energetic, customer-focused leaders to join the launch team and help set the standard for service and profitability.

As Store Operations Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant/take-away operations, manage stock, recruit and train staff, ensure food quality and compliance, and drive promotions to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and Fast-Food Service management experience required.
• GAAP experience and knowledge - Advantageous
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years related experience required.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Maintaining food quality and COMPANY'S SOPs.
• Managing stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handling customer complaints and service levels.
• Maximising profitability and meeting sales/GP% targets, including staff motivation.
• Managing staff, discipline and rosters.
• Working with the team to drive the restaurant forward.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Conducting daily opening and closing procedures.
• Marketing activities to promote promotions at store.
• Customer service relations management and timely complaint handling.
• Staff training and development; regular staff meetings at store.
• Recruitment and performance evaluation of staff.
