Responsibilities

• Drive sales through regular telephonic contact with designated key accounts.
• Maintain required service levels and strong relationships with key accounts.
• Achieve turnover targets by actively soliciting and generating sales.
• Process customer orders and ensure correct placement with relevant suppliers.
• Manage and respond efficiently to requests, queries and opportunities from members, suppliers and internal divisions.
• Ensure the timely dissemination of critical information to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that services and value-added services offered to members are delivered to an excellent standard.
• Manage and negotiate the deal request process.
• Complete all required sales administration and controls accurately.
• Process all orders on the company system in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant internal processes and procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
