Job summary

First Technology Pty Ltd is seeking a Billing Administrator in Gauteng to ensure accurate and timely processing of billing activities for a key account. You will liaise with suppliers, stores, clients, sales teams and finance to keep invoicing flowing smoothly.

The role requires an intermediate to advanced understanding of billing processes, experience with Accpac or similar ERP, and a track record of meeting turnaround times. Relevant finance qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• 5+ years of billing, invoicing or finance administration experience.
• Experience with Sage/Accpac is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Capture billing information accurately on Accpac for Schools and Tertiary order books.
• Request required paperwork and supporting documentation from suppliers.
• Submit completed documentation to stores for invoicing.
• Request and follow up on credit note requests.
• Send Proof of Deliveries (PODs) to clients promptly.
• Distribute invoices to clients once processed.
• Assist with quotations as required.
• Assist with client billing queries.
• Assist accounts with supplier billing queries.
• Support process improvements and billing turnaround times.
