The Key Account Associate is assigned a set group of customers.

The Key Accounts Associate – Distribution is responsible for supporting and developing relationships with key customers within the electrical wholesale and distribution channel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and product information.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to improve service and grow sales.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding orders, stock availability, lead times, and deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the Key Accounts Manager with account reviews, customer meetings, and sales initiatives. Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing key accounts.
• Assist in identifying new customers and distribution opportunities.
• Promote new products, brands, promotions, and supplier initiatives.
• Monitor customer buying patterns and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Support sales campaigns and company initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and market share

The Key Accounts Associate – Distribution is responsible for supporting and developing relationships with key customers within the electrical wholesale and distribution channel. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, processing and managing orders, coordinating deliveries, supporting sales activities, and ensuring that key accounts receive accurate, timely, and professional service.
