Initiate International in Cape Town seeks a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key clients, optimise value and drive revenue in the iGaming sector. You will nurture relationships, renewals and strategic partnerships while collaborating with product, marketing and compliance teams to deliver client-centric solutions.

Qualifikationen

Proven experience in Key Account Management or similar commercial role.
Experience in iGaming, online gaming or sports betting is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to drive portfolio growth and renewals.
Develop and implement strategies for client retention and upsell opportunities.
Identify new commercial opportunities within existing accounts and pursue partnerships.
Collaborate with Product, Technical, Marketing and Compliance to launches, integrations and certifications.
Analyse account performance and market trends to provide actionable insights.
Attend industry events to strengthen relationships and support business development.
