Initiate, a leader in the iGaming space in South Africa, seeks an Account Manager who is relationship-driven and commercially minded to manage a portfolio of mid-tier client accounts. You will focus on client retention, revenue growth and long-term partnerships, serving as the primary day-to-day contact, while identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and maximize commercial performance.

Working with the Business Development Manager and internal teams, you will drive account growth

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Account Management or similar commercial role.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and drive revenue/retention.
• Familiarity with iGaming, online gaming or sports betting industry is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of mid-tier accounts, driving NGR/GGR, revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders for satisfaction and engagement.
• Develop and maintain account plans to identify growth opportunities and adopt products.
• Monitor renewals and proactively maintain client relationships for successful renewals.
• Coordinate new product launches and rollouts with Product, Technical and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates on account performance, revenue and renewals.
