Job summary

BCXP is seeking a Tech Officer: Jnr Customer Engineer (FS) to provide routine hardware service and remote diagnostics under supervision. You will ensure service levels with contracted clients and assist with hardware/software installations per plans.

Requirements include a minimum 2 years in hardware solutions in retail, COMPTIA, MCSA/MCSE, LPIC certifications, and a valid driver's license. Travel locally is required and extended hours may be necessary.

Qualifications

• ICT knowledge and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMDB and hardware/software configurations.
• Perform tasks for operating/installing hardware/software per plans.
• Support remote diagnostics and customer software packages.
• Drive SLA and ensure services meet contracted levels.
• Assist and guide fellow technicians as needed.
