Job summary

Measured Ability Outsourcing Group in Durban is seeking a permanent Junior Site Supervisor for our Durban branch. The role focuses on scheduling drivers and staff, ensuring shifts are filled, and coordinating on site while maintaining client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in TES or logistics/warehousing, with strong organisational skills and the ability to mediate in disciplinary actions when needed. Some shifts and public holidays may apply.

Job Duties:

• Scheduling drivers and scheduling staff.
• Ensure employee shifts are being filled.
• Communicating quickly and efficiently with clients regarding staff presence on site.
• Compiling timesheets
• Equip employees with correct PPE.
• Assist with coordination of staff on site.
• Sound knowledge of labour-related HR/IR processes
• Maintain client satisfaction.
• The ability to mediate to resolve issues, including involvement in disciplinary action.
• A Minimum of 2 Years working experience in a similar role in the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or Logistics & Warehousing Industries.
• Flexible to work shifts and public holiday (should it be required
• Well-organised.

Remuneration:
Basic salary + Commission.
