Job summary

Measured Ability Outsourcing Group in Durban is seeking a permanent Junior Site Supervisor for our Durban branch. The role focuses on scheduling drivers and staff, ensuring shifts are filled, and coordinating on site while maintaining client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in TES or logistics/warehousing, with strong organisational skills and the ability to mediate in disciplinary actions when needed. Some shifts and public holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• Scheduling drivers and staff on site.
• Ensure employee shifts are filled.
• Sound knowledge of labour-related HR/IR processes.
• Coordinate staff on site.
• Maintain client satisfaction.
• The ability to mediate to resolve issues, including involvement in disciplinary action.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers and staff to cover shifts on site.
• Ensure shifts are fully staffed and resources allocated.
• Communicate promptly with clients regarding staff presence on site.
• Compile timesheets and ensure accuracy.
• Provide PPE to employees as required.
• Assist with on-site staff coordination and task delegation.
