Introduction

We are seeking Site Supervisors X 3 to lead, oversee, and coordinate transportation and customer service operations at the client site, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

YOUR CORE FOCUS AREAS:

• Oversee and guide team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage the receipt and allocation of jobs and stock.
• Verify that all stock is accurately sorted and properly labelled.
• Organize stock according to designated regional areas.
• Prepare and organize all manifests and delivery notes.
• Plan loads effectively and coordinate space bookings.
• Maintain and enforce health and safety standards in the workplace.
• Coordinate and execute load instructions accurately.
• Develop and implement dispatch plans aligned with customer requirements.
• Identify operational issues and report them promptly.
• Ensure vehicle information is communicated to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor and follow up on urgent deliveries to guarantee timely completion.
• Inspire, organize, and foster teamwork to meet productivity goals.
• Generate and submit daily dispatch reports.
• Compile and reconcile job records from the previous night’s activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Diploma in Supply Chain or related field would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 2 - 4 years working experience in logistics in a similar role.
• Effective communication on all levels within the organization and with customers.
• Computer literate and excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of vehicle loading, staff management & planning.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good staff management skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
