Job summary

RPO Recruitment represents a well-established Cape Town property development firm seeking a Junior Site Agent to join the team and contribute to project success. The role focuses on administrative tasks for building handovers and supporting the project manager with quality control and development administration.

Requirements include a built environment qualification, at least 3 years’ experience in property development, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in the built environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in the property development industry.
• Solid proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Handle all administration relating to building handover.
• Assist the project manager with quality control of units.
• Handle development administration, occupancies certificates and final approvals for buildings.
• Assist with NHBRC-related applications, renewals, registrations and enrolments.
