RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established building construction company in Gauteng, is seeking a committed Site Agent to join their Johannesburg team on current projects. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on site management.

Ideal candidates bring a National Diploma or BTech in Construction Management and at least 10 years of proven site experience, with excellent reporting and communication skills, a neat appearance, and a valid driver’s license with own transport.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Building or BTech in Construction Management required.
• 10 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Experience as Site Agent on large building projects.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills; presentable and reliable.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
